Classes
Energy Healing
I use techniques that can gently manipulate energy to help clients bodies and minds heal themselves. I have been trained for energy healing as a Sound Healer, Reiki Master Teacher, Integrated Energy Therapy® Master Instructor, EFT Practitioner and many other modalities. This includes an in person hands on (or off if you don't like touch) or distance healing session where I access healing energy and it goes where it’s needed most. During a session, I can also do work with Axiatonal Integration, Ho'oponopono, crystals, essential oils, healing sound, full chakra balancing and restoration, flower therapy, and other emotional releasing techniques I’ve been trained in to help the healing process physically and emotionally. I am continually learning more to offer my clients personalized sessions.
Because energy has no boundaries, I can offer the same services by distance. This includes healing for animals and spaces too.

What to Expect During a Session
In Person
Before you come, I will meditate on what energy healing technique is for your highest benefit and greatest good (unless ask for a specific type of modality to be used). Once you arrive, we will chat about whatever you are looking for healing physically and/or spiritually. Then you will relax on a treatment table while I apply light pressure wherever I'm guided to. If I see or hear anything spiritually that would be beneficial for you to hear, then I will share that with you. You may feel a variety of physical sensations or nothing at all. energy goes where it's needed most. When we are finished on the table, we will chat about how you are feeling and discuss anything that came up further. We can also discuss any potential goals you may have and create an action plan to help you reach the healthiest and happiest version of yourself if you wish.
By Distance
I do everything I normally would in person but you have the choice of being on live with me over Zoom. We talk before, you relax while I do whatever I'm guided to do, and then we discuss what we both observed, noticed and experienced. Virtual Session Tips
