Finding the right path to health by yourself can be overwhelming and lonely. I will work with you one-on-one to discover what will work best for you. I've been a certified OPTAVIA coach since 2011. I love helping my clients find the healthiest versions of themselves. You are unique and your journey is your own so we will personalize a program for your wants and needs.

- A customized meal plan for you depending on what your goals and current health is.
- A curriculum to help you learn how to fuel your body, ease your mind, and look forward to future health.
- An online support group with others on your same journey.
- Weekly calls with doctors, nurses, and coaches to answer any questions and give additional support.
- Weekly 5-10 minute call, texts, and/or emails with me to check in and work towards weekly and long term goals.
- Potential to earn additional income and/or cash on your account for helping others do the same if that's right for you.
